Silgrad Tower from the Ashes

Silver-ONI was referred to us by IG; they have acted together on previous mods. She sent a few lines from the Persuasion tab as a sort of try-out. I liked what I heard quite a bit; I think she would make a great Breton. Of course as things are currently configured, she would also be Imperial, but if another Imperial voice comes by, we've established that we can change that. :yes:
