A retired wizard lives here with his wife.

Claim Difficulty: Easy.

Races: Nord and Imperial.

NPC's : 2.
The owner is an Imperial (and well-off), he's married.

Name generator.

The NPC('s) must have (full) dialogue and AI, don't forget the pathgrid.

The assets were made by Phitt.

You'll find the interior in the esm, the interior cell name is "Steadhelm50".
Use Imperial furniture and clutter and always use ST assets where possible.
For example Worldobjects>>Container>>StFurnImpCloset01 etc.

Do you think that, since this is a rich, successful wizard living in a dome under the sea, there could be the possibility of him having a servant or on second thought, an apprentice?

Yeah, I'm liking it!
Perhaps he is the TG wizard's old apprentice and is a strong ally of his and could be involved in related quests,
or perhaps he resents his master for being more powerful and successful than him,
or, to twist it even more, the TG master could resent him being more successful.

So many possibilities...

OK here's v1.0

The wizard is the ex-apprentice of the Tel Gavos wizard and respects his old master. He specialises in the Dwemer (and if you want someone could perhaps add a quest involving the retrieval of a Dwemer artifact for him). He lives with his wife and his apprentice.

PS: the reason why there is no addtopic which adds the Tel Gavos topic is so that you have to have already been there to ask him about it.

I almost finalized my review, nice work!
