What's causing the collision problem? When I load silgrad tower in combination with a few other mods (mostly DLC mods), the surface of every generated region is deleted. I've heard and seen that when I play ST without any not official mod, no problem occurs.
My question is more like what cause that problem? I do know which mod gives the troubles. Is it because that mod is also an esm, because that mod has a higher load priority?
Edit: I have changed the priority and everything is going fine for the ST mod. However the other mod has this problem now.

In short: VWD objects.

When an esm has a mod index of 2 or higher these VWD references cause the missing land problem. These references have to be moved to an esp so that the esm will be load order independent.

That's why we released the ST v2.5 as a load order independent esm.
