Silgrad Tower from the Ashes

While making a few NPC's in some of my spare time a while back, it occured to me that NPC's have a Bartering skill too!!! I was just wondering if it affected the sales price of items you buy and sell from them.

You know that slider you can summon to get better prices? The higher their skill, the faster they say no.
