too obviously PS, imho. i think actually drawing something (or slapping a whole lota filters onto a scene to make it less obvious) would be cooler. some kind of heroic scene of a heavily armored warrior pwning ass

do what ever you want try not to make it too weak as Lady Nerever said people here get killed over other things so you want it to look more honourable or a great heavly armoured person as the lady suggested. That way more people are lured into it.

I would but for some reason it's impossible for me to find pictures of the bonemold armor.

Nice poster! I don't see anything wrong with the underlying message, the armor and authority would do wonders for a guy's sex appeal. But maybe it could be improved by having a sketch of a big Redoran guard with a few admiring wenches clinging to him instead of the text? But any sketch would be good in my opinion. The current graphic does kindof look like a photograph, which isn't very realistic. But then again maybe it could be modified to look more handdrawn/handpainted in Photshop like LN said.

If someone could provide me with a good action pose I'll gladly change it, but for now, how does this look?

Dont wory buster, im not drawing this aswell lol... I can draw people from photograph but not great at anything but cartoony people from imagination. Although semi-cartoony decent sketch kind of artist impression is probably what we are looking for here.
