Maybe some vines inside the plaza, but I think that ruining the exterior appearance of the canton would be frowned upon by the general Vivec community, showing respect for ancient buildings etc. It just wouldn't be good PR for them to do that.
I was thinking some of the Higher Up's towers and near the sewer, no sign of it from the outside

Its great that you have so much detail for the Telvanni section.
A couple of notes, there should be more wizards here, especially Dunmar wizards. The Telvanni hate outsiders and TES3 made them too friendly to outsiders.
Looking forward to seeing the progress on this front.
