Blacklight -21,12 is known as the Library District
Most of the area is lowland, the Keep gate is to the east as is the Strider port, theirs a small dock to the west side which is a shared common transport to the other areas of Blacklight
The Royal Library is the main attraction of this section
The Order of the Gentle Hand calls this area it home as well and can be found housed in the only Velothi Structure in Blacklight
