All right, here is the link:

Just to make everything clear, the arrangment I have with theKarithian is this: in exchange for using his work, we send him any retexes/modifications of it we make for use in his own projects.
Now, here's what you want to hear - a list of what's in the file:
I've grouped the meshes according to the areas I think they would best be used in. This is just a suggestion, but I think this is the best fit.
In the "Torval" folder is a gigantic ziggurat which I thought would be perfect for the Mane's temple/palace. It would be the largest building in Elseweyr by quite a long way. Also included is a smaller ziggurat, which could be used either as a moon sugar temple or barracks for the Mane's Guard, depending on your personal taste.
In the "Senchal" folder are some dock tiles (useful for a port city), some shops and two large houses suitable as mansions for the wealthy Khajiit that live here.
In the "Corinth" folder are a complete set of new walls, complete with two tower designs (you may wish to use one for Corinth and another for a different city. Also included is a large public fountain and a large palace (correct me if I'm wrong, but Corinth is where the King of Elseweyr lives, no?)
In the "Pelletine Architecture" folder there are FIFTEEN new houses, in a similar style to the Dune architecture. The reason for the name is that I suggest we use these only in the southern region of Elseweyr, so as to create a visible difference between Pelletine and Anequinal.
BONUS: In the "Misc" folder, there is a large, arched structure (the aqueduct file) which I was going to use for the exteriors of the Halls of Colossus. Also included are two pyramids, one massive, one small, which would add an interesting new dungeon type in the deserts. These are from a free modder's resource and claim to use vanilla textures. However they may need a retex.
All other textures are included in the textures folder, but I have no idea how he's set it up because multiple models appear to use the same textures. However I am sure it makes sense to someone who knows more about texturing than me.
