Are we still going to give this a try now that drmccoy is no longer around? I still think that it's potentially a salvageable idea, though maybe it should be a Hist Shrine rather than an Ayelid ruin that people will already have seen before?
It's do-able. I'm going to classify it as 'open' and then people can choose to develop it as they see fit. I'll suggest either Barsaebic or Hist, preferably Hist if it can be written to be more interesting.
I would personally suggest Hist to any aspiring questers who are interested in taking this further.
