Silgrad Tower from the Ashes

Can somebody help me, I've got a problem. I seem to have put me command panal on float, and now it's gone!! I cant get it back. Using the repair butten in install wont work either. Please help.

(placed it here, seemed like the best place)

Try:
customize->show UI->show floating toolbar
or whichever one is missing.

Or even better:
customize->revert to startup layout
