It would be nice if the player had the ability to use his feet in Hand to Hand combat.Like trolls do.
Hmm...I dont think this should really be here, but you can use Unnecessary Violence or Deadly Reflex and they let you kick and do much, much more.
There are also animation replacers which make the hand to hand power attacks into different kicks. That's what I use.
Something more Asian style.
