I don't like the mix of indoril and imperial meshes/objects.
How do you mean
using them together?
Its what Gave the Catherdal its uniqueness
Doesn't mean it can be done differently
Enjoy

Indoril were the most zealous Tribunal Worshipping house.
Its a bit like a Roman Catholic Cathedral in the middle of Tehran.
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:House_Indoril
"... the Indoril are orthodox and conservative supporters of the Temple and Temple authority. House Indoril is openly hostile to Imperial culture and religion, and preserves many traditional Dunmer customs and practices in defiance of Imperial law."
The point here being Temple, this is not a Temple it is a Catherdal to Juliano's, a Cyrodilic (or man) diety
The Cathedral did not have a town, it was mearly a place, with few buildings to house the "Monks" and priests and of course the servants and keepers, it was made using the Imperial Style Architecture and using some pieces which were modified to fit, those pieces were taken from the Indoril (mornhold) set.
The other buildings were all common. The Well Interior was made using the Indoril interiors, but this is certainly open as with the rest of it.
What is done with it for TES4 is up to you all, however my personal preference would be to keep it as close to the original as intended
only because it was an amazing piece of work as is.
Enjoy
