What to do if you have an idea for a quest but no time to finish it?

After a while it will be moved to the Quest development board archive.
What to do if you want to mod a quest for Silgrad Tower?
You could search for an idea/concept in the Quest dev. archive and PM a moderator to move it back to the the Quest dev. board. In the approved section (archive) you'll find quests that are ready for modding.
The other option is to post your own idea.
