I suggested Soluthis because that's the closest to being finished.... I'm still working on that Library by the way.

Is there room in Soluthis for a carpenter? I think there may be one or two open house claims left with no particular description.

Silgrad City can be used as well, because there are loads of open claims there, and only half the claims have been issued, so SC isn't in short supply of buildings.
