Only the cities need to be drawn, but you could wait until the basic layout of the cities is finished. I think that beth did that way.

Yes it will! And also be avaliable as an optional download for players But it won't change the area being avaliable to the player, it'll still be beyond the playable area. Also I'm still to change the dates on the 'Province of Elsweyr' bit, as it'll be a pre-simulacrum date (probably 3E 397 or something) and the cartographer who made it will be differnt.

Love the optional download idea.
