Alrighty, while the new heightmap is still underway, only Orcrest claims will be worked on.
For all new claims please DO NOT link the cells to the exterior worldspace, as this is being radically changed, also any quests associated with the cells should not be made in the CS, but remain in the thread until such time as we are ready to link up to the outside world.
