LN's link is how I started. It's quite fun and easy once you get used to it. Just don't spend ages on the tutorials. Everyone's first bit of modding is nearly always crap! =)
After that, you learn quickly....and interiors are much easier than dungeons.
i tried some today, lots of fun. i tried to pit the gatekeeper against Mehrunes Dagon but it crashed ?) oh well im getting it, assain me something
Hah, that would have been a fun battle. Dagon would have won though.... =)

The way it works round here is that you go to the "claims" folder and choose something that interests you. Since you're just starting out I'd suggest you try one of the interiors first. I'd suggest this one:
BWRI0304 "Gideon: Gribbin Fetlock's Hovel" but take a look and see what you fancy.
