White Haven is one of the few towns still to have a substantial Direnni population. It's still run by an Altmer who lives in the Château de Flavute castle. The population is approximately 50/50 mix of Breton and Altmer. Due to the large Altmer population, the church is devoted to Magnus, the elven god of magic.

was thinking of having two Inns maybe two basic shops 8-10 houses the church and graveyard medium size castle with a secret escape rout some dark damp alleyways, stables, and a couple of farms out side the walls and many more little things

Will have to see the Architecture of the buildings before I have a fall picture of the place
