Glenumbra is the nearest town to the site of a vast battle in which the Direnni squared off against the forces of the Alessian Order and defeated them, altering the course of world history. Residents will be keen to direct visitors to the site of the battlefield. The town's main festival is Broken Diamonds, a solemn commemoration of the murder of Empress Kintyra whilst she was visiting High Rock. This event sparked the deadly civil war known as the war of the Red Diamond.
The lord of the manor is a Direnni high elf. The manor uses normal architecture, but the interior must have the ancient elven furniture and other Direnni-suitable furnishings. Refer to the lore thread for more information. He may be related to Aiden Direnni, victor in the famous battle nearby.
The town's chapel is devoted to Secunda, goddess of the smaller of Tamriel's moons (she got left out of Cyrodiil's pantheon but is still worshipped in rustic parts of High Rock).
