All of these regions have already been generated. However, they still need to be fine-tuned and adjusted. If you claim one of these, you will have to search through it carefully and fix any floating trees, weird textures seams, and other bugs which infest the region generator.
You will also need to look up the lore for this area (links provided in the individual threads) and make adjustments based on this. Several of the regions are merged aggregates of multiple provinces from TES2: Daggerfall, and as such vary in their landscape (for example, Daggerfall North contains Glenumbra Moors as well as the grassy Ilessan Hills).
You are not expected to add villages or dungeon entrances, unless you have claimed these too. However, it is reccommended that if possible you do claim these too, so that the whole area can be finished in one go. If this causes problems with multiple people working on the same area, we can split these fairly large regions as necessary.
