No, and there is no supporting it, and The Infernal City confirms this didn't happen. If the Sload invade anywhere, it'll be another attack on the Altmer, but as it stands the Sload got wise (as they do) and haven't made another attack since they were decimated by the combined Tamrielic Navy, and Thras sunk, they are limited to just trading and Necromatic practise now -and the Sload themselves are a reclusive and seperated bunch, so a united front to invade two provinces of Tamriel isn't plausible to begin with.
