Why not making some quests that start in one province and can only be finished in another one.For example a quest starts in Elsweyr but for the reward you should travel to High Rock.This way people will download all the mods of the BC.

I like this idea. I wanted to ask, why not you guys make projects together..
We are making the projects together for a reason, so the mods can cooperate and share assets, etc. Once such example of good cooperation is with the Topal Isle teaser between Black Marsh and Elsweyr, which will see the BM team doing one half of the isle, with EW making the other half
