This thread is just a preliminary thread before I fill it in properly but there needs to be a record made of any NPCs that are lacking dialogue so that we can finish this area off. As Deeza has done in one thread, he has provided information on how the dialogue can be written according to the character so some names may have requirements alongside them.
This is how the thread will be composed:
Kireesa-Tan - BWRI0305 "Gideon: Kireesa-Tan's House" (Claimed) . Kireesa-Tan is a local antiquary. She's a thoroughly Imperialised Argonian, who documents the history of the Marshes. A good person to talk to if you're looking for information.
I'll have to complete this thread at some other time. If anyone wants to work on this thread please feel free to do so by following this format and then I'll just cut and paste your directions here in the OP.
