As explained here: BM - the Helstrom Nova Disaster the reason we will offer in-game for the discrepancy between the Arena maps and our own for the location of Helstrom is that the one visited in Arena was actually a very large Imperial colony which by the time of our mod has long since been abandoned.
The heart of the colony was destroyed by a massive sinkhole more than 40 years ago. Hence it's in even worse condition than Glenbridge. However, because the site was still large there should still be a lot of heavily overgrown ruins lying about, mostly tilted at crazy angles due to the subsidence. If planned carefully this should be a quite a fun area to explore.
There should be a large central depression which marks the site of the sinkhole, with a ring of more isolated ruined buildings around it. Some of them could be Naga dens, others reclaimed by wild beasts.

Also note that the nearby village of Greenspring was (in our monkeylore) built as a bridge outpost over the Light-Rock River. The bridge is still operational, with a small garrison, but the rest of the village has been abandoned.
