II never said Nords were out.... I don't know where you got the notion...

- They are not Vvardenfell based, they sent longboats with raiders to Ald Redaynia or Dagon Fell where they are then further geared to raid Redoran and Telvanni coastal towns
- The Nords that decide to settle in the towns fish and trade for a living. They trade with Hlaalu and Imperials
- They are hostile to Ashlanders and Betmeri, the three factions all fought one another, until many of the Ashlanders and Betmer made traces arranged by the Telvanni so that they could fight the Nords
- The Nords are from Skryim, not Solstheim, although some individuals may be from Solstheim

But hey, one more small faction shouldn't be too difficult to add in. :yes:

Perhaps we can cut the Vampire Hunters and simply give Vampire-hunting quests to others like Ordinators. Stick in the Nordic Colonists and we're still at 20 joinables.

Sounds like Vren has a good idea to me! The ordinators should maybe just have one optional quest giver who just gives vampire hunting quests!

Can we possibly get an annotated version grouping them into Major (15-20 quests) and Minor (5-10 quests)? I think that it would be really helpful in understanding what we're aiming for in each faction as we plan them. Also perhaps an * next to all the ones that we've done any in-depth discussion on and a + for any that you have personal developed plans for.
