Well, they're obviously just screenshots with a Photoshop texture effect but as simple clutter paintings, sure.

They are nice paintings, but most of them are pictures of places other than a Blackmarsh settings.

Yeah, some of the Blackmarsh inhabitants who are Imperial or whatever, might have brought such paintings with them to Blackmarsh, but only a few of those would exist, I think.

A few of them, like the "cold dawn" could definitely be made to fit in.
