This should look good with the complete meshes in-place. Those models are likely to be less than seamless with the points at which they currently join. However, this should hopefully be solved by a retexture.
Btw, I couldn't download the file from pesky Megaupload. It gives me the message that 'The file you are trying to access is temporarily available'. I assume they're checking out the file first to make sure you didn't upload some kind of dwarf/donkey porn.

=) It should clear eventually. I quite humyo myself or, if you're not needing to keep the file uploaded, yousendit is wonderfully quick and easy.
Edit - I just DL'd the file from the other thread and will now delete that thread to save space.
