Silgrad Tower from the Ashes

Over the past few weeks I have had little chances to mod and sadly this is unlikely to change for quite a while.

To be honest, due to RL and other commitments the claims I am working on will likely never see completion, or be of much quality.

Sadly I think relinquishing all my Elsweyr claims would be of benefit to both this mod and myself.
