In this case a HP office jet 4500 G510a-f.
Sometimes you can't clear your fax log (Solution center) through the Settings>>More Fax Settings >> Fax log.
:Arrow: C:\ProgramData\HP\Digital Imaging\hp Officejet 4500 G510a-f\1380266943\Q
Install # "1380266943".
In the folder "Q" you'll find e.g. a text file "Sent.ini.
Delete all except these three lines.
Set the count to 0 :Arrow: Log cleared.
