One thing i hate in Morrowind was how close Tel mora was to vos. I think that Tel mora should have a lot more distance from the mainland not to much but not close enough so u can see vos right next door and say hey neighbour what did u do last night?
i think that wouldn't be a bad idea...
I say move Mora farther down the coast, possibly near Uvirith
