Well it's pretty much the same max scene as the one I exported the first nif from, using the same exporter and afaik same settings. I'm probably wrong but your original plugin release had two files, while your updates have only had one; maybe you changed something in the other file that makes it work on your end but not mine?
Edit: I've exported more collision meshes now, using your latest version, and it's happening on them too. As far as I can tell the collision meshes stay visible and doesn't have collision data (no edges seen when pressing F4) ?(

Hmm, can you please verify that "Is Collision" is checked. I changed the other plugin, but it shouldn't affect the setting...

It is. I've previously exported two dozen collision-enabled models successfully.

Have you tried unchecking and rechecking?
EDIT: I'll release a new version of the set in a few minutes. It doesn't show this behavior over here, so I assume it's caused by the old NifProps.dlu.

I got the second most recent version and the UVW maps were supposed to be fixed, but mine are still exporting flipped,is there something I am missing?

You mean the 0.11 release on SF? It has the bug. Get the new version I just released....

dont worry, new version fixed it =) thanks!
I like the look of all those option buttons. do they do anything in this release? they are all greyed out. So far I have had next to no problems at all, the most severe has been the textures being flipped.
A question though, when it comes to collision meshes, is the exporter fine with quads, need quads, or would it prefer triangles? or does it not matter?
