More plumbing problems. - Ysne - 05-18-2007
Last fall, we had to have the outside of our house taken apart to fix a pipe. Well, its leaking again. What a mess. :bitch: :bitching: X( ?(
Just what I needed.

Sorry to hear that Ysne, i hope it won't leak again when it wil be fixed.
I have also problems with my house, the roof is leaking and it needs to be replaced, everything, the entire roof... OMG!
I have so much work to do now

With the roof, been there, done that. And the roofers messed up and had to redo their work. That wasn't fun either.

Man that doesnt sound fun at all, I wish you the best of luck and hope it gets better, my old house had some leaking in one of the showers upstairs and we had to replace a part of the floor twice.

I have a contractor coming out tomorrow to look at it, and some other work that needs to be done. They repaired the outside of the house last fall, so will take the boards off on Wednesday, then I can call plumber and invite them back out again.
We need to have a 20 year old deck replaced. Now that is going to be expensive. The AC and Furnace are at the end of their life expectency too. Not fun.

The carpenter who came out to take the outside of the house was able to fix the plumbing problem himself. He also rearranged things so the problem won't happen again. The pipe was set up in a manner that wouldn't allow it to move with the house when the house settled. So it kept coming apart. It will move with the house and it won't come apart again. :goodjob:

Good to hear it. Let's hope you'll never run in such problems in the future.
