General Information on Bodrum
Turns Her Tail is another Fisher, she also helps Sharab and Wind to keep the resturant stocked, occasionally when the fishing is good and the stock is high, she will head up river to other villages to sell the seafood and share the money with the other 2
Her home should be decored poorly a place to sleep and other necessary items are all that is needed

It needs more stuff, even for a "poor" shack. this is too little.
I would recommend at least 65 objects
Also everything is floating, all of it needs to be "F" keyed

Well its good that you added more clutter, but honestly. their are so many placement errors I can even begin to start.
Keep in mind the NPC in this claim is a fisherman, their is not even a hint of fishing related items in your submittal
I have a sample for your review, (the cell is named "bobs sample" the sample does not necessarily reflect the shack of a fisherman, it is more for you to see what types of clutter and how they are placed you would find these in a shack for most
When I say "poor" or "poorly" I am speaking of the decor which is "Plain"
your objects will typically be "de_p" or "ex_p" objects not "de_r"
Also remember we are not in a hurry, take your time

well, I've removed the firepit and some items I tought were strange in the enviroment. I added another fishing pole (on the ground) and more barrles with crab meat (one is on the top of the orignal one, and the others are where the firepit was)
