deeza is doing the coral work right now. I'm currently bug hunting the 5. mission, once I'm done with that (in a few minutes), I'll upload the current version of my esp and upload it.

Alright, you can find the current ESP here.
Don't forget the loading order:
#1) Valenwood Islands Patch
#2) Valenwood Islands
#3) Oblivion
#4) VWdrTheShip.esp
To get to the valenwood islands, please use a fresh savegame and head to anvil. A town crier should run up to you. Follow the questline.
You can play all the way through til the end of mission 5 when Sammanul heads back to the shore.

I was not expecting the quest work to be so quick. Good work. Its the only thing i never learnt how to do. I wouldn't mind completing the coral work either. Remember everything (minus a few interiors and resources) is all my work (textures, models etc) and i would like to keep the exterior work like that. Thanks Tom

Well, you can do the coral reefs aswell if you want to. I don't mind who is doing what aslong as it's being done. And yes, I'm putting quite a lot of effort in it since I want it to be done and not having to drop it again .
Here is where I placed Volur's cave, called "Arraqu'Thon". An unused cave entrance was already there, so I decided I could aswell use it.
Red= Arraqu'Thon
Green= Cave of bones
Blue=Unused spider cave entrance
Yellow= Main village
EDIT: Holy Crap, that spider cave set is a b**** to light out. Really does need a lot of lightning.. Hope the player got a torch along

I know its good to get the work done but i don't like they way my Mod has been commandeered. Its not that i just stopped its just i couldn't physically work on it. Ive been on my gaming pc for about 8 weeks since June 2007!! My laptop crashes on the Cs and its doesn't really like oldblivion v1.2 (test version). As it says in the readme my permission must be given before the use of files, as 90% are my creation, very little will be left of the islands.
Maybe i'm getting the wrong idea here but i wasn't even told about this thread? I'm all up for the quest being done (i know its time consuming and its a new thing i would have had to learn) but remember its still my Mod entirely. Just a little warning
. Would love to test the quests but like i said v1.2 of oldbivion is giving me issues so i cant. Ill see what i can do about the new .esm in the Cs and give it to someone to test.

I don't see where you're going here. I'm not using any of your stuff the way I want it to use. I stick to Deeza's quest line very strictly. The quests I create are posted on the forums and discussed. It's not that I want to ruin your mod or anything. I'm just trying to help? If there's anything you don't like about the plot or anything, tell me and it'll be redone? Did you feel offended by my work? :poorme:

think that all caves on the islands should be made with windsurfers tileset..
Windsurfer@ ask Deeza for how "the wrecking stone" should look..
and i think that the reason you werent informed, was that you where very hard to get a hang on..
- it seems everyone wanted to see the islands finished, and then drmccoy shoved up and agreed to do the quests..
i also agreed to make some unque furniture for islands. but until i get my computer fixed.
i will be recruiting vioce actors. and helping wih the ideas..

windsurfer, it was never my intention to hijack your mod. I'm very sorry if you got that impression. I thought you had gone for good, and I didn't want your work to go unreleased. It was always my intention to make it clear in the readme that the islands were your work and could not be used by anyone else.
If you recall I had cleared the quest story with you before your computer problems began (I have not changed it much from the version you read and approved), and I was just trying to continue the mod as I believed you had intended it to be released.
If you have any concerns about the way we've gone about it, please speak up and let us know.

Please stop bitching, I know this is your mod and I know what its like to have people mess up your great plans. But from what I could see this mod was almost dead untill these guys came and rescued it. I understand you not being able to mod, but that does not stop a person from leading the mod, or discussing ideas ect.
Don't take anything I say the wrong way its just that you should be happy and not p****d off at what these are doing with the mod.

I am not sure how you could not have seen this thread or others the guys have started.
