Hmm... make it the same as the original entryway, but make a wall that curves inward to fit around the door. You should also make the door a TAD bit wider, as it looks a bit narrow.

Perhaps make the hut smaller, since its a hut I'm just wondering if someone that lives in a hut can afford a two story structure (which is what I think was what was supposed to happen with new larger huts, correct me if I'm wrong).

Even though it seems a bit tall, I promise this building won't have a second story, I agree that wouldn't feel right. Im thinking that with the new scaling, the redoran house can have a split level now, and the Inn can have a full fledged second stroy. The Guild Hall structure may even have a third. We shall see what others think.
In the mean time, I did to the welding of the doorjamb to the structure, I myself am happy with the result. It gives it some detail it never would have had if we hadn't have run into all of these scaling issues.
I was also thinking about my 30 second mock up of Axen's alternative doorway concept, and thought that a simpler entryway would actually fit the "scrunched up" hut variation from MW rather well, making the "double arch" entryway almost a status symbol in comparison. The second and third images are of that hut. Also, I could attach this simpler entryway to the back ends or sides of some of the other huts for multiple entrances.

Multiple entrances on Redoran buildings would look... odd...

Well, they wouldn't be in the front.
Anyway..... what do you guys think about the scale!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!
I really need to know, or else I can't start fixing up the rest of the buildings.
Oh, and I added the bottom ridge back, and gave the double arched entryway some purty stone steps (there is ground in the image because this is a representation of how much of the ridge would most likley be seen in the game, the ridge actually is about twice that long so the building can be placed on uneven surfaces in the CS).

Thank you, but there is no need for you to be condescending, please.

I kinda like the old scale. I think we should have both actually. Smaller and bigger.
