Perhaps. But I'd always know...

Yo Shadowgame,
Yes, we be fools for all the unpaid work we do. It may all pay off somehow, down the road (crosses fingers).
I've downloaded the models of the "other" Hist stuff you uploaded. Thanks for that!
Good luck with RL, Shadowgame, and be careful...it's hairy out there....not just on people's butts.

Hey all! Here are the pieces that we missing from the hist packages I sent before.
Feel free to ask any questions. I included High and low poly versions of some of the meshes I didn't generate the normals for. I'll get to that when I can but in case I become indisposed or something, here is the stuff so far.

Oooh, sweet! More Hist goodness! :bananarock:
Just thought I'd let you know that KP cannot work on these for a bit as a family emergency has reared its head. We'll just have to cross our fingers and pray everything is okay. Then we can all get on with developing this in a big way. KP has already sent me the first version of the Hist Shrine interior tileset and we were working through it before she was called away...so it's all in the pipeline....can't wait to get my hands on the new stuff in the CS though...

Hi ShadowGame, good to see ya!
I've downloaded this 3rd batch of hist files of yours, and will work on it when I can.
But Ibsen is right, I have a family emergency going on right now, and it's stressful.
At least you all know I have gotten these files ok. I'll store them away for future use.
Thanks again, SG!

That really is excellent news.

Here are some of the results. It looks like there could be a long way to go with this as I'm noticing all sorts of issues involving snap-to-grid and collision but the outline remains sound and it's looking good. I revised the Shrine in the Naga-Cradle mountains using the new pieces sent to me by Koniption and set to work on them pretty much the whole of today and a good part of yesterday.
It proved very difficult to work with the models but you only really progress with this stuff through fine-tuning and at least we're on the way with this now. Suffice to say that Koniption has undertaken a monster of a task here!
I named our only existing Hist Shrine Ixtuthapan and went about the basic layout of the rooms with very basic cluttering. KP added some models such as the items I have named the Hist Bud and Root Box here. The box with the butterly on it is the door to the Hist Dimension. This box spins in midair. The gate that you see in both outside world and exterior world is the Hist Gate model which is also animated.
It's very, very dark in there. I needed a torch and I think I'll leave the lighting like this as it's pretty damn spooky, especially with the narrow corridors. Notice the seams showing...couldn't help that. I'm hoping we can sort it out...

Magnificent! Can't wait to start exploring these... So that will make a total of 3 Hist Shrines in the Beta? Asashpan in the South, Ossasoit in the middle and Ixtuthapan in the far north.
