Quest for the Blacklight Mage's guild. The Amruk Observatory, an ancient Dwemer ruin is now occupied by a vampire. But the vampire wants to be left alone rather than attack humans or any other race. The vampire wants to be returned to normal so the vampire contacts the guild for help. The PC will have to find the specific cure for the vampire (since the regular cure won't work due to the age of the vampire). The PC will get a good magical item afterwards for the quest.

Sounds like a good quest. At the end of the quest you should get the option from him to become a vampire along with the reward from the mages guild. Also after the quest he moves back into town, and mayeb joins the mages guild if he is a mage.

Hope you have been folowing the concept developement we're attempting with the Cerro - I don't suppose that there could be any connection directly as he is solitary, but it might be nice if there is sme kind of lore crossover?
