Astarsis Plantation Main house.

Hi Rodan,

Here is my concept for the Main House of the Astarsis Plantation.

As concurred before. His name will be Nalacume Astarsis.
His race is "Dark Elf".

The story.

He is a retired (wealthy) merchant who (is a bit strange) bought or built this plantation. He lived before in Ebonheart and Aldruhn. He is fond of imperial stuff.

I''ll start detailing today.
I didn't check for floaters and bleeding, yet.

To go the interior (TRIB and BM required) press "~". Type "coc"astarsis plantation, main house".

EDIT:
Created the NPC and made the pathgrid.
Anyone any idea for a few topics ?

I added his wife Lalaine. Gave them both some topics.
You can barter with Nalacume.

Fixed some floaters. The only thing left is the detailing and to assign ownership. I'll finish it for review, by tomorrow. Yes

I am already thinking about the Rare Herbs. Rodan is the exterior ok for the size of the interior ?

Good concept on the overseer's home, if you want to finish it let me know otherwise I will go ahead and complete it, I currently have Workers Shacks 1,2 & 3 completed and about to start on the Barn, should be another day for that

Please finish the overseer's home (this week there's no time).

Coming week I have no internet access (a few days).
I'll finish the other Redoran Hut in, -24,2. Sorry for the delay. Frown

I can finish one or two medium claims or one big one (like a tavern/shop).
Please, let me know which claim I could finish.
I'll use my laptop, so only TES3.

I'll have to take a look and see whats their, I got a PM from Rodan couple days ago about the homes in Cormaris View, he is going to provide identification for the remaining home interiors. Until the I was going to play around with this plantation.

I was looking at the Barn Thatch exterior and trying to find an interior that would fit it correctly (being roundish) and I couldn't locate anything in the CS or data files for ST, so I thought if I could get someone to make a simple round interior model it could be used for such things, I will work on that as well.

any suggestions on that ?

You could ask Razorwing if he's willing to create it.

A proposal.
I'll finish the "Unnamed Ship", -20,12 and the "City-State Goods", -21,12 or start with the "Blacklight Palace".
For the City-State Goods I need a guide- line. What is the shop selling?
