Id like to claim the royal library if possible as I always love libraries :-)
i'll try to add some books as well to make it more interesting (not to "break" any offical lore though) :-)

Claim granted.
There's an old interior in the 1-2 version called the Black Light
Library. It was done in the Redoran style but the new one is to be
imperial in design. But you can use the NPC's already there and
anything else you may want.

This claim was never completed, can we re-open this and I will do it.
Which building was designated for the Library?
And if you have ideas on what the other buildings are for I can work on those as well.
See Screeny all items in red have no interiors
2112 is an excellant album, just thought you all should know
They are Canadian
< for you TID

Building 3. You can have the claim.
I reloaded the Morrowind files for Blacklight but the funny thing is I
didn't do the Silgrad ones (strange, but true) when I redid the
machine. I'll take care of it after my courses tomorrow (which should
be as exciting as watching paint dry).
I have a copy of 2112, one of my favorites from Rush (saw four of their concerts)

I saw them in 79 at the Spectrum in Philly, their going to be here in
Dallas in August I am hoping to get tickets, it will be much better
then watching paint dry I am sure

Saw their Presto tour in 90 in Philly
Roll the Bones in 91 at the Meadowlands
Counterpoints in 92 in New York
Test for Echo in 96 in Philly (remember this one well, had an injured
leg and had to sit most of the concert at one of the one seat areas (in
the grandstand near the stage, the one seat area only had one seat per
row so no one was there) and midway through the concert one of the
members of the group was staring straight at me (kind of eerie, don't
remember which one)
Hopefully you can use the original layout and modify it (it was over
1000 objects and believe it used a number of original books as well).

Thats a lot of good music
Yes their were roughly 1124 objects I recall , and it wasn't finished, it was just Redoran.
I was going to try for this look (close to this)
of course with an imperial flavor.

Glad you like, will do my best to get it close, I'm gonna need to
search around a bit and find some models that aren't overly flamboyish
but I think I can get it rather close
Edit: Some screenshots of one of the sections I'm kinda messing
around with the floor plan this actually seems to look the nicest this
is the first floor east side, the stairwell to the second floor will be
on the west side
I thought in the center as you enter the building their would be a
front information desk, now if we can only get some signposts made up
to identify the different sections such as science, poetry, etc etc
that would be great

I like the screenshots. Are you going to split up the library into different interiors or just one?

Well knowing how I am I will probably do it six hundred times and not like it, delete it and start all over
But yes 1 interior but broken up into sections using the bookselves and
columns in a creative fashion, at least on the first floor
not quite sure about the second floor yet but I think I want to make
that 2 or even 3 different interiors, the book section (like the first
floor)
a room for the Head Librarian and maybe another chamber for something
else like new books which haven't been shelved yet I don't know
Opinion ?????? See Screeny
the second screeny is another thought, using a closed rail which would
go around the second floor, I also may add a third floor, but mosly for
visual effect of hieght

Ok I think I am beginning to capture the look. Still debating with myself about the railing, but I'll get it.
Edit: I started placing the books, I will be putting them in
section based on content, see example. I would rather have a nameplate
with the different sections written on them but I am not good at making
things like that so for now I just made the book shelves activators
which will display what the books are

This is about complete, I still have some books to place and thiers a
particular corner that I am having trouble diciding how to place, but
its not a big deal
The size is about 1400 objects total I may need to place the basement into a seperate cell
I was also wondering about the Blackight underground/sewer/tunnels
if their is one or will be one and weather or not we would like to have
access to the basement from the library, incase we have some questing
to do
That's about it for now.

I'll release a new version of Blacklight with a few new interiors when you are finished with the library.

Prior to me adding any more to this I would like someone to look at it and note any discrepancies
Thanks
