Well, here it is.

Story is, last time I posted a few days later I had another medical
attack, ended up in the hospital and some after patient recovery.
Afterwards I went back to work (my new job) as an insurance agent
again. Had a lot to fix there but kept working on the landmass (which I
wasn't happy with) but was not going to post here until I had something
I was half happy with but to no avail. I found this little program on
the official forums a few days ago called TESPort which could move
landmasses from Morrowind to Oblivion. So I searched through the
hundreds of CD's looking for an ancient copy of the city in it's
original position (back in 03 before Bloodmoon was released). So it
copied the landmass without any buildings, flora but a landmass I could
work with it in Oblivion coordinates. The next version will have a
teleport to it but take a look in the CS and tell me what you think.

Good to see you're back.
I downloaded the file.
The import / move of the landmass went well except for a number of
cells to the left (screenshot). Is the square shaped area intended?

This is just the basic version. I'm going to be studying the main map
and making corrections. It doesn't include the Cormaris View area
because at the time it was being worked on seperately so there are
holes to be fixed and the further areas west have to be added as well.
I also have to download the latest versions of Silgrad and get the new
objects to be added there. I'll probably be starting to add rocks and
flora probably between Blacklight and Cormaris for the next version as
well as the teleport.

Glad to see you back, old friend! And congratulations on the new job,
which I like to think of as a sign you're health is a lot better now.
We've come a long way this year and I hope you'll find most of
everything you'd need to recreate Blacklight. If something's missing
I'm sure we can create it, just give a holler.

its funny that... TES4 Vvardenfell used TESPort (and TESAnnwyn) too for our now super big landmass....

Actually it is funny. (It's great that it does work, saved me a lot of
time as well making a new map with the right coordinates for Morrowind).
New version is up, just d/l it from the first post. Added teleport
doors (go to the Arcane University entrance, you'll see the door). Head
east on the roadway to Blacklight. The door will teleport you back as
well. When you see one of the three NPC's you're in the city (high
grass and all).
