I want to claim something in BL.
Are 13 and 21 in (-20, 11) available?
Maybe something like this: #13 will be an upper class home, and #21 a middle class one.

Here, #13. Do you want me to add NPC or pathgrids? I made it in a new
cell, because I added some walls, so check it and tell me if I need to
change something. I made it using the ST 1-5_0.68 esp.
The cell and the esp have the same name.
For #21 i'll use one of the furniture packs, cherry maybe. Is that OK?

That's fine with the furniture packs. Tell me if I'm wrong but are the
packs with Silgrad now or do I need a copy of them?

The furniture packs are with the silgrad esp, however some of those packs were incomplete and we added those missing pieces.
I think the "qf_cherrywood" was one of them that was missing
bookshelves and wall mount shelves

Very nice as always.
One issue with dishes in #21, see screeny. I have the same issue stacking certain dishes, sometime a few dissappear

Its really not that visable It caught my eye when I was moving around
at different angles, just slightly it bleeds into the other pillar
around the doorway

Its much better
I was just rotating around inside the cell and It caught my eye
I do that with most every cell I make, just click on something and then
rotate and spin around in the cell to see if I have left something too
close, especially rugs...but I don't always catch everything

You have a gift for decor !!! Even the most plain interiors seem to feel alive
...adjust the juicy steak a bit . it stick out on the side where the bread is.

Interior is great
As far as a basement goes,
A basement would fit, but if their are no particular plans for this NPC
where a basement might be needed I would say its not necessary
but I know not... lets leave it for now and let Rodan decide if its needed
