After getting the last Morrowind version up I'm putting up a continuing
discussion about the new Oblivion version. I would like to know about
what you would like in the next version, what have I've done wrong and
what can be improved on the last version. Let me know.

I haven't played Morrowind since -04, and I didn't get the chance to play Blacklight much back then either.
My two cents:
Maybe you could compile a detailed description of what TES3: Blacklight
is/was, so folks whom aren't familiar with Blacklight can still give
feedback. The description could have items for everything the TES3 mod
contained, and then you could either write how you'd like to improve on
each item in the Oblivion version or open up the floor to suggestions.

Actually this was for the new Oblivion version but you are correct. I should repost the original concept.

Well, I finally have a general shape for Blacklight city itself, I'm
going to start one of the child worldspaces as well (Upper Class
section).
