Another fine work
the Meadow Rye stalk adds that extra flair
your npc on the top floor is bare footed, intentional I'm sure, it just
looks different (you don't see many npc's without their shoes on), but
it makes sense to be at home kickin back with the feet bare

Yes, his shoes are near the chair behind him. I thought this NPC could be in house, resting or reading.

Thanks again, agram!
Took a little time off, visited family, kept off the computer.

I wonder if we have a mod around that has socks or one withanimations
were the npc can put their shoes on or off, that would be cool

Not cold enough. In the 90's, thunderstorms, humidity, and sticky. Loving it!

So, I was looking at this one:
4 - Treasury - Unknown (interior layout done but has no furnishings) Available
How rich do you want it? Like the Hlallu/telvanni/redoran ones in Vivec
rich? Some dedric or ebony stuff with few glass items. Chests with high
level loot. Gold piles... And so on. |

I think it should be equal in treasure to what Vivec had after all Blacklight is a capitol city

Very Nice work as always
I founding nothing
I do have a question though regarding the Armor used for the guards
Rodan:
I had thought we discussed armour for the Blacklight Guards but I could
not find reference to it so possible we did not discuss his
Maybe we should ?

I'll take a look. I've been using standard Imperial Armor for the guards. Only the knights have improved armor.

I used the guards from the outside. HJ something.
But they could be too weak for a treasury.
