your npc on the top floor is bare footed, intentional I'm sure, it just looks different (you don't see many npc's without their shoes on), but it makes sense to be at home kickin back with the feet bare :D

How rich do you want it? Like the Hlallu/telvanni/redoran ones in Vivec rich? Some dedric or ebony stuff with few glass items. Chests with high level loot. Gold piles... And so on.

I'll take a look. I've been using standard Imperial Armor for the guards. Only the knights have improved armor.
