This armor should draw inspiration from real world conquistador armor. The
helmet should resemble the helm on the left in this picture with a plume added to it, that all will require a new model. The cuirass will need to be mesh edited in Nifskope to put iron pauldrons on the Elven cuirass (you should remove the plates that hang down on the cuirass). The cuirass texture should look similar to the cuirass on the left in the picture. The greaves should use the leather greaves mesh. The greaves should be a crimson red, except for the kneepads, which should be made of steel. The boots should be Daedric retextured to look like the steel that makes up the rest of the armor. Don't worry about the gauntlets yet, wait to see what the rest of the armor looks like before settling on some gauntlets.

I will get started with the stuff that doesn't need a new mesh. And don't expect to much, this will be my first armor texture.

I got a texture started, but ignore that for now. With the boots, they have a little spike sticking out in the middle. Should we get rid of that, it kind of feels out of place.

Could you make it less pronounced in max? I kind of wanted to give the boots a spikey look, but the spike is a bit extreme.

What I mean is the item form of the mesh. But now that I think about it, I can probably get rid of the part that makes it look work when you equip it. The triangle like shapes in it.
Edit: I did, and this is what it looks like with out them.

Gyssars is gone, and I am taking over HighRock, so after I finish the boots, I'm turning this over to Dreadnaught. I will post the mesh and texture when I am done.
