Short version: I'm working on a way to get drugs into cancer cells which don't involve radiation or chemotherapy.

I get to say one of the coolest sentences in the history of cool sentences: "I take tiny pieces of gold, coat them with pieces of virus, feed them to cancer cells, dissolve them in strong acids, and burn the whole thing in plasma!"

Mind you, this is only one of the coolest sentences ever because it pointedly does not contain any references to alcohol, money, or relations with member(s) of the opposite sex...I must say there have been some pretty damn cool sentences on those particular topics. Wink

I would love to do some voice acting for your mod although it doesn't look like their is much left for male voices.

Anyways, if you want me to act anything please email me, because that's the only way i'm garunteed to see it.

also, is their a particular format you want the files in? and will I need to produce any kind of .lip file? because I don't know how to do that,

Well the only male voice left is the one for Thomas Crowtch (a Breton), if you would like to give that a shot PM (or e-mail) Qxzyz and he will send you the lines that need voicing (6 lines in total).
The files need to be in .wav format, but other than that you don't need to worry about the technical details. Yes

I'm interested in doing thomas crowtch. My voice may not be perfect for a breton but i'll let you decide. It is the only male voice left to play and its the only thing I could do to help with this project.

It's cool that you want to help and all, but I personally don't have the dialog for Thomas Crowtch (or most NPCs for that matter). Dunce All the dialog should be in the latest version of HG, so Smokindan should be able to access it... Smokey?

I'm working all day today but I'll endeavour to get my CS working tonight (it screwed up again Frown ) and get that dialogue for you.

It'll be in the actual HG Voice Acting thread (I'm pretty sure there is one.)

EDIT: In regards to the voice acting files, I haven't got anything back from Shapechanger yet. I'll try a post on the ESF forums or the OVAG forums.

Could you also ask if he still has all the voice acting files that he sent to Qxzyz? If he does it would be best to get those too as I don't know when will hear from Qxzyz again. Frown

I've got an email from Lrin, the leader of OVAG, with the rest of the files. I haven't been able to download the attachment for some reason so I sent a reply asking him to upload them somewhere else.

EDIT: Okay, got Arlowe, J'Ram Dar, Falco, Taarina and Varian. Most of which I already have so I dunno
