I look forward to following the mod's progress.

¤ I'd like a list of subboards, like this:
-- Thras 1
---- Thras 2a
---- Thras 2b
---- Thras 2c
------ Thras 2c1
------ Thras 2c2
---- Thras 2d
(In other words just like the way the Jump To: list at the bottom of a forum page looks)

¤ I need to know whom the board moderators should be, and also whom are leaders.

¤ If there's a core board, whom should have access to it.

¤ What (if any) the customized user titles of prominent members should be.

¤ And a board design and forum banner as described in the the pinned thread on the Officer's Lounge.

Hows this for a banner, I made it for the other forum. Maybe a colour theme like the other forum to suit the banner if you guys like it? I'd be happy to help set up a skin for these forums, i've done it for other forums. The CSS for these forums actually look a lot simpler than what I usually use.

Nice work on that, I added it. Check

The optimal size for forum banners here is 900x130 pixels. It can be less wide but if it's taller then the bottom part will just get covered by the table and if it's shorter there'll be a gap.

I've now emulated the design of the other forums as best I could. Check
I figured the graphics were copyrighted by Invision so I didn't copy them, but if you provide a set that is free of copyright concerns I can exchange all the graphic components.

Hah, did you just like...steal my code? :lmao: Its cool, but you lost a little too much quality there in the banner, you could still resize it without losing the quality...With the colours of these boxes and stuff, I had actually planned to make them more blue, to suit the banner/background, but if you like them then I guess they don't need to be changed.

Yeh I know how its done, had to do it myself many times. Yes

So are you happy with the colours? I was never too happy personally with the colours of these boxes in contrast with the background. I was going to make something more darker blue to suit the background. Are you able to put this up as the background? I think it gives it a little something extra, though isn't necessary of course.

I would prefer a slightly darker blue theme, but its up to you.

edit: I noticed that links don't stand out, maybe making them lighter or underlined or something would work.

I've redone the banner to fit, you should be able to use it at full quality as its only 72kbs:



btw, what should I do with the old forums? Is there anything we need from there?

My own tastes didn't factor into it, I just copied the colors (while waiting for direction).

Unfortunately it's either banner or body background image for all forum boards here.
