Please post if you would like to claim one of the following settlements:
Vandor - Unclaimed (Only half is posible to make currently)
- To use Sloadic Architecture, and a set resource set (for the Imperial section)
Pirate Town - Claimed by TOYB
- To use SI architecture (not New Sheoth style, but the LC type wound around the Isles).
Setres Sloadic Town - Unclaimed (needs architecture to be finished)
- To use Sloadic Architecture
Bru'Tah Pirate Base - Unclaimed
- To use the Fort Ruin set (Which is the most appropriate tileset to go
with, because of the time it was built, and who is was built by). It is
uninhabited (to begin with) so you shouldn't make any "homely"
decorations.
Sloadic Dwemer Tower - Unclaimed
- To use the Dwemer ruins interior tileset, the exterior will most
likely use Vv/ST set in the works, or the claimer could get someone to
retex (ex) fort ruin to look like the Roukan architecture (like that
found in Reguard).
Agonio Sloadic Reasearch Base - Unclaimed
- To use SI dungeon set (the fort-ish looking one, minus the SI specific statues).
Rogue Televani Base - Unclaimed
- To use the Ordered SI roots, as the exterior is dead, and the inside
should use the SI roots interiors (or if you can, a retex of them). The
Base is of a High Televani Wizard-Lord who came here, after the Mage's
Guild tightened up on Necromancy, his magic alone couldn't sustain his
House Pod/mushroom so it died (because of Thrases toxic-ish
environent). His guards should be outfitted with Ghoigiel's Bonemold
armour, and Celaphod helm.
----
Please post if you would want to claim any of the following, and start
(if you can) making the settlement in it's own worldspace (which will
then be moved to the main worldspace when ready).

No, the mages guild hate Necromancy, and thusly hate Telvanni, which
would be a reason for him to want to ship off and leave to Necromancy
Central.
Although I don't know if you meant to say "his magic alone could sustain the mushroom", or "his magic alone couldn't sustain the mushroom" because it died, but it says the magic could sustain it.

neat
when you say "uninhabited (to begin with)" do you mean there is no one living there period?

I'd love to implement that as sort of a Raven Rock type of deal, except more exotic and piratey.
I actually have a few concepts for a pirate area, and a cool pirate tavern already made in the CS =P
