I've kind of sort of taken charge of Namira's realm, and I thought I'd
post my ideas. I don't have a questline set, but for the realm itself I
was planning on making a large mazelike cave (using the moldcave
tileset) filled with all the disgusting creatures of Tamriel, and
perhaps some new ones. Based off a suggestion by IATE, there would be a
high probablility of getting diseases from these creatures, and I'm
also contemplating some sort of disease that makes the player look sick
and disgusting, like in pestilent afflictions. Not sure if this is
possible however. In the end, the player would recieve a white mask,
white robes, and white gloves, the mask being similar to the one used
by the King of Jeruselum (the leper) in Kingdom of Heaven. The gloves
would allow the player to cast a magic effect that would emulate a
plauge like disease on an npc, while the robe and mask would hide the
players apperence, and perhaps have a Masque of Clavicus Vile effect.
That's all I have for now. I'm contemplating making a map of the realm
so you can see just how labyrenth like I want it to be. Any
suggestions?

Actually that's a cool idea with the sicknesses. Effect Shaders are
wonderful things, we can stick any texture onto the player, in this
case it will be a bit transparent without making the player trasparent.
We can even go so far as to make a bunch of fly particles buzzing
around you (or your enemies) This makes Namira's realm easy to survive
if you're an Argonian.
Another idea: You know how Ayleids have gas traps? What if we take that idea, and getting caught in one gives you a disease?
Don't forget to make it dark! She likes to wallow in the dark
