I was actually planning a Skyrim mod (before I knew that one was
already in progress) that would take you into the Hunter's Paradise-
Hircine's plane of Oblivion. The idea I am currently working with
introduces a modular version of the realm (styled as individual
dungeons like the Deadlands of Mehrunes Dagon, not a single landmass
like the Shivering Isles) reached through a system of magical glades in
the Skyrim region (I have posed on the Skyrim boards about this
already.)
In addition to Hunter's Paradise, this mod would also add a new,
branching Epic/Main Quest centered around the Prince of the Hunt and
around the "Lost" sibling of the Divines, Shor. I already have some
concept work and test cells in progress for Hunter's Paradise itself,
most of the quest worked out either on paper or in my head, and even a
number of experienced voice actors who have experienced interest in the
project.
Seeing as it seems there are no claims as of yet to Hircine's realm,
would it be possible for my project to become a part of this mod?

Your ideas sound great. We don't need that entire massive quest for
Hircine though, nor every single small land. It can just be one of your
smaller areas rather than all of them. Consider it as a sort-of larger
version of the daedric shrines quests in Vanilla Oblivion, but this
time you actually visit their realms rather than them sending you off
to do one small quest at their bidding. The realms aren't massive and
intricate, but they are supposed to be unique.
I think your concept sounds awesome, but I think it's up to TOYB if you get your claiming granted on this one.
I also think Hircine's realm was called the Hunting Grounds though,
even though it's titled Hunter's Paradise here. But that's two opinions
against one, so Hunter's Paradise is probably right. You can read more
about his realm in The Imperial Library if you want to get all of the
details. I'm sure something is in there about it. TOYB may also have
input on this realm, he seems like he has them all planned out.

Shor can not be involved simple as that, one he is dead god, two it
would cause a dragon break if you brought him back and three he can't
be brought back.
Now with the rest of it, Hircine's Realm is titles Hircine's Hunting Grounds, not Hunter's Paradise, that IS offical lore.
Also, it must, like all other realms, be reached via the Pillar of
Thras, not glades in Skyrim (though I wouldn't have any problems with
you using the same stuff over in the Skyrim mod, just not being reliant
on it).
If you agree to those things then the realm is granted to you.

Hmm, well it seems like tacking my vision of Hircine's realm onto
Skyrim would fit what I had in mind better, but that doesn't mean I
can't use he same resources to create a Hunting Grounds splat to fit
with this mod as well. Don't write anything in stone yet, but yeah- I
could make something that fits those guidelines.
