I
have
some
ideas
for
this
Valenwood
Mod.
First
I
will
share
mine
about
how
I
think
the
regions
would
look
good.
The
tropical
forest
look
for
the
Southern
Isles
is
looking
great,
and
I
think
the
tropical
forest
look
should
be
used
for
western
Valenwood,
southern
Valenwood,
and
maybe
central
Valenwood.
I
always
think
of
those
areas
of
the
province
being
a
lush
jungle
like
area
with
tree
dwellings
and
panthers
and
giant
spiders
roaming
the
forest
floor.
Anyway,
if
you
don't
end
up
using
the
tropical
look
for
the
areas
that
I
mentioned,
than
I
still
think
it
would
be
nice
to
give
them
a
very
exotic
and
lush
look.
Also,
perhaps
the
southern
coast
of
Valenwood
could
bare
a
slight
resemblance
to
the
Azura's
Coast
region
of
Vvardenfell?

It's
true,
the
project
is
dead,
unless
somebody
wants
to
start
it
again...
But
the
islands
teaser
trailer
is
almost
done,
it
just
needs
some
more
work...
Danny,
can
you
do
quests?
If
so,
you
can
help
immediately.

I
can
do
quests,
and
I've
been
playing
through
the
southern
isles
and
I've
already
gooten
an
idea
for
one.
It
involves
the
guy
on
the
ship
called
the
Flounder's
Flourish
(but
only
if
he's
a
pirate)
and
pirates
Bragor,
Landorar,
and
another
female
wood
elf
pirate
who
hasn't
been
made
yet.
Just
thought
I'd
share
incase
you
guys
are
interested.

Okay.
So
there's
another
character
who
lives
on
the
islands
who
maybe
could
be
an
ex-pirate
on
the
flounder's
flourish.
This
character
has
taken
a
huge
interest
in
the
ship
and
asks
you
to
commandeer
it
by
killing
captain
Nalrathor.
The
player
talks
to
Bragor
and
via
a
flounder's
flourish
topic,
he
asks
the
player
if
he
wants
to
join
the
crew.
The
player
says
yes
(saying
no
won't
get
you
anywhere)
then
Bragor
tells
the
player
to
talk
to
Landorar
for
the
key
to
the
ship.
Landorar
will
give
it
to
the
player
(you
can
also
pickpocket
it
from
him
too)
and
he/she
will
scurry
of
to
the
ship.
Once
inside,
player
will
talk
to
Nalrathor,
who
tells
the
player
that
the
crew
is
going
to
raid
a
merchant
ship
soon.
The
player
will
exit
dialogue
and
then
activate
one
of
the
beds
on
the
ship.
When
he/she
wakes
up
Nalrathor
tells
him/her
to
exit
the
ship.
When
player
exits,
ship
is
in
the
middle
of
the
ocean.
The
player
and
pirates
Bragor,
Landorar
and
the
other
wood
elf
will
walk
across
a
plank
to
get
to
the
other
ship
and
fight
several
sailors
on
the
way
to
the
lower
deck
where
a
chest
containing
a
special
diamond
is
located.
Player
grabs
the
diamond,
returns
to
deck
with
entrance
to
the
flounder's
flourish
and
is
force
greeted
by
Nalrathor,
who
has
now
exited
the
ship.
The
player
chooses
this
moment
to
strike
and
pushes
Nalrathor
overboard
into
the
water
via
dialogue
and
scripting.
There
is
a
bow
and
some
arrows
nearby
that
the
player
uses
to
shoot
Nalrathor
who's
now
in
the
water.
The
other
pirates
except
for
Landorar
attack
the
player.
When
they're
dead,
Landorar
force
greets
the
player
begging
for
him/her
to
spare
his
life.
The
player
tells
Landorar
that
if
he
wants
to
keep
his
life,
he
must
pilot
the
ship
with
you
on
it
back
to
the
Isles.
When
the
ship
arrives,
the
player
follows
Landorar
to
the
center
of
the
town
on
the
Isles
and
when
he
reaches
a
certain
point,
he
and
another
Redguard
pirate
make
one
last
effort
to
kill
the
player.
When
they're
dead
the
player
talks
to
the
character
who
wants
the
ship
and
she
leaves
her
house
and
enters
the
flounder's
flourish
and
now
offers
traveling
services
to
mainland
Valenwood.

it
would
be
great
if
you
finished
it
islands..
I
really
enjoyed
exploring,
but
it
was
kind
a
empty
with
only
a
few
quests.
and
only
the
exterior
of
a
dungeon.
maybe,
I
could
make
some
furniture
for
you,
which
fits
into
the
islands,
but
it
is
not
going
to
green
pact..

@
Danny:
Great
news
about
the
interiors.
I
read
your
quest
outline,
its
certainly
workable
but
wouldn't
really
work
unless
the
player
had
already
finished
the
"main"
quest
for
the
islands
(I
don't
know
if
you've
read
the
story,
but
no
ship
can
leave
the
islands
until
the
quest
is
finished).
Of
course,
the
quest
would
work
just
fine
if
it
enabled
after
the
main
quest.
The
main
quest
story
is
included
in
the
archive.
Do
you
think
you
could
start
making
it?
@simonp92
Some
"island"
furniture
would
be
fantastic
-
especially
since
we
could
re-use
it
for
Black
Marsh's
offshore
islands.
Don't
worry
too
much
about
the
Green
Pact
-
there
are
ways
round
it
(eg.
if
the
trees
you
cut
down
don't
come
from
Valenwood...)
As
for
the
landscape
being
empty,
do
you
feel
like
making
a
couple
of
dungeons
using
the
resources
in
the
pack?

about
the
landscape..
I
am
sorry
but
I
have
NO
ecperience
with
the
CS..
I
just
model,
and
let
others
fo
the
CS
stuff...
as
for
the
furniture,
I
actually
started
on
a
bench
and
stool
which
matched
the
architecture
of
the
islands.
But
at
this
moment
my
computer
is
wasted..
I
hope
to
get
it
fixed
soon..
and
I
would
really
apriciate
if
someone
could
make
some
unique
textures
for
the
furniture
models..
-
I
am
not
a
texturer..

Don't
worry
about
not
being
able
to
texture.
Modelers
are
much
rarer
than
texturers,
as
I'm
sure
you
know!
I
suggest
once
the
models
are
done
you
PM
either
Senten
or
InsanitySorrow.
They
should
be
able
to
whip
something
up
in
no
time.

I
have
to
disagree
with
both
things
said
here.
First
off,
texturing
is
part
of
being
a
decent
modeler.
Sure,
there
are
some
people
who
only
do
textures,
but
if
you're
creating
models
you
should
at
least
be
trying
to
texture
them.
There
are
loads
of
tricks
you
can
use
to
make
parts
of
th
texture
in
your
3d
app.to
reduce
the
work
needed
in
your
2d
app.
Secondly,
I'd
say
that
modelers
are
far
more
abundant
than
texturers.
Unless,
of
course,
you
were
talking
about
these
forums,
in
which
there
is
a
strange
shortage
of
modelers.

there

out

would

best.
I'm
more
of
a

As
for
what
Nick-Op
said,
there
are
plenty
of
tutorials
around,
check
the
Wiki
site
it
has
some
good
ones
to
start
you
off.

thanks

IS
I
agree
with
nick_op
,
textures
is
damn
hard
to
make..but
you
can
learn
to
model
in
a
few
months..
it
will
be
nice
to
get
the

done..

Alright,
so
you
want
me
to
just
make
the
journal
entries,
or
do
you
want
me
to
do
the
scripts,
AI,
dialogue
and

too?
